Unsubscribe to a topic 2016-04-25, 16:54:55 If I post to a topic, I get subscribed to it, which is fine. That is what I want. But somehow I've missed how to unsubscribe from it afterwards if I'm not actually particularly interested in it.
Re: Unsubscribe to a topic Reply #1 – 2016-04-25, 19:05:11 It's called "notify" (and turns into "unnotify"). But I just noticed there's no "unbookmark". Incidentally, virtually no one uses bookmarks. I wonder if anyone really uses them?
Re: Unsubscribe to a topic Reply #2 – 2016-04-25, 19:37:36 I piled up a few topics into bookmarks at first. There's a way to to select a bookmark and remove it when viewing the bookmarks.
Re: Unsubscribe to a topic Reply #3 – 2016-04-25, 19:49:24 Let's see. @Luxor has a bunch. @Mandi too. @Syav has a couple. And then there are a few who have just a single bookmark.Perhaps I should try disabling the addon (to remove some visual clutter) and see if anyone complains about the missing feature.

That didn't work. Tried to "notify" them and then "denotify" again to no avail. New posts still show up.Quote from: Frenzie on 2016-04-25, 19:05:11Incidentally, virtually no one uses bookmarks. Re: Unsubscribe to a topic Reply #6 – 2016-04-26, 19:46:54 Oh drat, notification is about e-mails. Yet you get the option to "unnotify" after you post in a topic. Something's dodgy here, lol.@jax btw is it just me or is your avatar broken? Last Edit: 2016-04-26, 19:57:56 by Frenzie
Re: Unsubscribe to a topic Reply #7 – 2016-05-02, 09:31:10 The "Enable unwatching of topics" setting wasn't enabled. It should all be good now.So to summarize,Notify is e-mail (but you should be able to turn that off here)Watch is what feeds "new replies"

I didn't realize I had any either. Oops...
Re: Unsubscribe to a topic Reply #9 – 2016-05-17, 06:24:17 I'll go ahead and turn them off as a test, then.
Re: Unsubscribe to a topic Reply #10 – 2016-05-21, 03:36:12 Working perfectly well now, it seems.Quote from: Frenzie on 2016-04-26, 19:46:54@jax btw is it just me or is your avatar broken? Probably. The URL https://dndsanctuary.eu/avs/avatar_29_1431365365.png doesn't seem to resolve anymore. As long as I am the only one it's cool, if it becomes a fashion I might need to change.
