Using Blink as Browser Engine is no longer a good idea for the Otter Browser

Using the Blink Engine is no longer a good idea.
Becuase Chromium/ Google has pulled support for NPAPI plugins from their Browsers (Blink WebBkit Ports)

The Otter Browser uses the Flash Player NPAPI Plugin to play Flash and HTML% Videos. As well as using Java Plugin to play java hames.

All the Blink Blased browser will lose the ability to uses plugins eventually. The support for  plugins was removed in Blink for the chromium and Google Chtome Browsers.

@ghall4834, we won't force anyone to use specific backend and we encourage others to write own (well, even backend utilizing mshtml under Windows, why not).

BTW, AFAIK they removed NPAPI under X11 long time ago and so far there are not too many complaints.
