Not really keen on cold cuts of meat, though I do have it occasionally. It must be accompanied by either a pickle or mustard though, else I wouldn't eat it.

Corned beef, made by my mother who tried valiantly for years to teach me to copy it (without success), and a subtle, not overwhelming chutney whose recipe died with my mother fifty years later.
