on Screen Keyboard

Hi,
I was trying to run Otter on a touchscreen display device, which I able to successfully run with EGLFS. I could not go far into the Otter code but I can see a keyboard-profile resource files. Plugging external keyboard/mouse over USB works fine. I want to display a on screen keyboard when focused on a input text field on the web page. I also tried to find document but fails. So can you give me pointer where I could find OSK support?

I admit to not knowing much of anything about the topic, but would it be correct to assume that it works in other applications such as Windows Explorer and not in Otter? Because if it doesn't work in Explorer then it's a matter of OS settings.
