Sites' TOSes

Do you read them or not?
If at all - do you do it beforehand or ~ some time later?
Do you read them in full? How often? What do you usually skip?
On what does it depend if you read the TOS or not?
And please share interesting/amusing citations from some. ;)

Just because something's in a TOS or EULA doesn't mean it's legally binding.
