This tab has crashed. Otter-0.9.12/qt-5.7

It's been some some since I tried Otter but I decided to test it again as there are now bookmark keywords.  I don't remember keywords in earlier versions; perhaps I missed them.

Unfortunately, I receive "This tab has crashed." for several sites.  I don't remember this problem with previous versions.  What should I check?

Keywords are kind of old addition. ;-)
Tab crashed? That means that you are using QtWebEngine backend.
Try our AppImage which comes with revived QtWebKit (requires presence of GStreamer 1.x and OpenSSL 1.0.x in the system).

@rhubarbpieguy, you need at least one backend, QtWebEngine is simply not the preferred one (it's very limited in terms of settings etc. comparing to QtWebKit, but offers better web standard comparing to legacy QtWebKit).
Preferred one is revived QtWebkit, as used by our AppImage.

Sucess!  I recompiled qt without QTWebEngine and installed QTWebKit.  All pages now load well.
