If there's a multiverse....

If there is a multiverse, don't worry because if something goes horribly wrong in your life, there are an infinite worlds in which things are going very well in one of your other lives.

Multiverse, Jimbroxxxx's paranoiac trauma.
Amongst many others.
A matter of attitude.

So, Jimbro: If somebody is doing well, all's right with the world? (Mind you, your definition of "the multiverse" is logically deficient…) Would you argue that?!

Well jimbro I don't know about other lives but a lady admirer once mused that I was like a wonderful diamond with so many fascinating sides to me. Ah the challenge of keeping women happy. Thanks for reminding me unintentionally.

Of all the forums in all the universes, you had to bring your delusions into this one… :)

So there could be a universe where I didn't just strain an eye muscle? Nice.

There could be, but you couldn't go there… It's no different from imagining! (The math only seems to work out. Like so-called renormalization.)

I don't mind your envy one little bit OakdaleFTL. Mean it as you are too far away to be an interferer in the fascination women have for me. Mind you even if you were around they wouldn't take any notice of you with me in their presence. Sorry sadness for you but (sigh) I cannot help it.

I don't mind your envy […]
:) But perhaps you're right: It might be soothing, to be as delusional as you; reality is sometimes very hard!

No, Sang: Obama -presumably- still is willing to say Hillary is the "most qualified person ever to run for the presidency"; and both Hillary and The Donald claim their opponent is "unqualified"… (What if they're both right?!*)
But my attention span is somewhat different from yours! :)

Why don't you ask Jaybro how things are going, in the universes where Obama accepted the offer of kingship, Trump bought a coup or Hillary had everyone who opposed her killed…
An infinite number of universes, indeed! :)

* I exclude the possibility that Obama was right: The last thing that he was right about was that he couldn't dare publish academic papers — he'd never live them down, one way or  the other!
Remember Lani Guinier? (Were you old enough to decry Bill Clinton's cowardice? Obama wasn't: He learned the Alinsky-lesson…)

They're both right and Obama is clearly wrong, although I'm not sure what this has to with Howie's delusion.

A multiverse, unlike JimbroXXXX thinks, it's the possibility of a multitude of universes coexisting simultaneously.
All possibilities would exist at such multitude of universes.

It doesn't mean nothing too special.
If we consider our universe to be the only one that exists, it makes it much more special and unique.
A matter of attitude.

Considering that the multi-verse interpretation physically (…and psychically!) precludes interaction between universes, no: We're in the same situation, regardless.

Your beloved Logics needs no interaction Oakdale (and same goes for Mystic), so we wouldn't be in the same situation.
In fact the only thing that would affect us would be our solitude or not and such solitude is determined by our conscience and nothing else.
A matter of attitude.

Well a woman I went with decades ago spotted me and came over to my cafe table. Her eyes had lit up (expected of course!)  and we exchanged phone numbers . Said I was an unforgettable man. Shucks
