otter-browser.org was moved to another server, hopefully issues with blocked IP addresses etc. won't show up again.

otter-browser.org seems to be down.

@scriveyn, there were issues with new server, should be better now, I've moved it back to old server.

Thanks, Emdek. - Must be something on my side. http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ says it's up, while I can't access it. Tried several browsers as well as firewall on/off.

Anyway, I can get the download from sourceforge.

@scriveyn, it might be DNS cache or your IP might be blocked.
If that issue will be still occurring tomorrow then please send me your IP address using private message, I'll ask administrator to fix it.
