Some chicken breast that is destined to be a Thai stir-fry for lunch that no Thai national would recognise.
That is one of the reasons that we are not inviting any Thai nationals to lunch.

Some potting mix.
We will plant some Basil and some Coriander, and as we have done for forty years, we will stand back and watch it die.

A cat collar.

Do you plan to get a cat?
:)) No, I have one already. But he keeps getting into fights and comes home minus his collar quite often.

Over the past month or so: A new camera to replace an old one. A new printer, the mighty HP 932C finally reached the end-- not because of anything mechanical, it's a driver problem with Windows 8 as like as not--so it's been replaced by the 5530 printer. Odds and ends. Yesterday, had to spend money on car parts, today I'll spend even more on car parts.
What would happen if a large asteroid slammed into the Earth?
According to several tests involving a watermelon and a large hammer, it would be really bad!
