For many years I have believed that there is no more revolting taste than that of a rotten pistachio nut. If I had been asked for an important piece of advice for a young person setting out on life's journey, I would say "Never eat pistachio nuts in the dark."
I have found something almost as repulsive. It is a rotten celery stalk.
