Wasn't this already there in the form of "Go to this address" in the right-click menu when some random text was selected? Now this new feature seems to be that the right-click menu becomes the same as when right-clicking over an active link...

@ersi, yes, but that had limited options, now it's closer to what others do in such cases.
We show link specific actions only wen selection matches link structure, while that action is available for any selection.
