Is Pirate day really a thing in some circles? What sort of circles? Is it something like Halloween before the actual Halloween?
I think it's actually type like a pirate day. But maybe for some it's indeed talk like a pirate. :P

Apparently it's a very local and limited event as part of a bigger fair or market or circus. I was afraid it could be more significant than this.
