Weekly build 163. Under Windows, when I drag a tab from Otter to the desktop, mouse cursor becomes "stop" sign, but drag itself works fine, opens new Otter window with tab within.
@Freeman, I've fixed title, but I'm not sure if fixing that minor issue will be as easy. ;-)
Plus I'm not sure if we can call that an issue and "fixing" it may break other stuff as I don't see any sane way to mark area outside of application as valid drop target.
