Title: Why there's a number bellow all my posts?
Post by: Belfrager on 2015-08-05, 21:06:26
That's like the title says. Delete it, I don't want it.
Every single post of mine is unique and needs no identifying number.

You mean the IP address?

(1438808786) is not an IP address.

Oh, that's the time. ;) There's a converter for it here (http://www.epochconverter.com/). But yeah, that's probably a bit too geeky to stay regardless. Simple Machines 2.1 is currently in beta, so I'll have to reevaluate a few things like that if/when upgrading.

Just to pick a small nit: isn't the number ABOVE the post?

It is, whereas the IP address is what's under. ;)

I have no IP address under the posts. There's nothing under the posts.
And the number (1439025486) is BELLOW the post title. tt92 sees things upside down.
The post title it's where the post begins. The post ends when it changes color for the next one.

The IP address appears at the middle bottom of the post, after text, side to side with report to moderator.
