Integrate urgently module mail in Otter-browser
Speed dial
Ability to ad skin of Opera 12
My opinion is with this step ( difficult sure)
Otter-Browser most atractive to Opera ( and sure other people ) users before switch to Vivaldi.

Mail client (https://github.com/OtterBrowser/otter-browser/issues/37) will take a lot of time, hopefully it will got own dedicated developer / maintainer.
Support for Opera skins (https://github.com/OtterBrowser/otter-browser/issues/36) is possible but so far nobody is working on it.
