Hi,
I am working on a package review of otter-browser for Fedora 20.
i compiled the new otter-browser-0.9.01 sources on Fedora 20, all compiles fine and is startable,
but under Tools - Prefferences the preferred language e.q. de is not selectable.

I used the follwoing rpm spec file for the compilation:

It's simply not implemented yet. :)
@martinkg, also it will be different from Opera, having GUI language set separately, in Help menu, just like KDE applications do (the way how it was done in Opera wasn't too user friendly).
