Title: Crash Report - Where to Report & What to Include in the Report

I have had Otter crash many times. I would like to help by reporting the crash.
Where should crash reports be made?
What should be included in the crash report?
Are there any diagnotics tools available for otter?

@gerald_otteruser, it will be hard to get useful crash report under Windows.
You can try to attach what have you collected in this topic, using some external service to paste it and then link here.
If it will be usable then I can consider some new ticket on github.

Can NOT get the Windows versions both 64 bit and 32 bit of Otter weekly 137 to run.
I have attached a screen shot of the error message.

The same happens on my system with the Webkit TP3 Versions on Win 8.1 64bit.

It seems those DLLs are part of MVC 2015 runtime. But even if I install it, I get a QT error.
