nearly every website brings up multiple ssl notifications where it says:
"The issuer certificate of a locally looked up certificate could not be found"
Using the checkbox to disable any further notifications doesn't work for me. On websites like www.heise.de or www.amazon.de there coming about 5 to 10 of these notifications.
It might be relevant to say that otter is running on a XP x64 (aka 2003 R2 Kernel 5.2) machine. Maybe there are missing ssl certificates?
Otherwise, would it be a feature to disable all of those notifications by one option in the otter settings?
When the option "Open new windows in a tab instead" is unchecked/disabled, a Link with "target='_blank'" will still open in a new Tab instead of a new Window. Shift-Clicking the same Link will successfully open the desired new Window.
When the option is checked (so default), both ways will open a new Tab (like expected). So it seems to me like a Bug. Are you going to open up a ticket or shall I open it? Thanks!
Same here. I get also fancy/disturbed/bold appearance compared to Opera. But only with some fonts... and testet on windows, so I also guess this has something to do with the rendering engine and some sort of antialising/cleartype.
first let me thank you for work you are doing on the OtterBrowser-Project!
I tried to switch over from Opera 12 to Otter and I didn't get windowed Browsing (SDI) to work. I tried every combination in the config menu of Otter but I still get always new Tabs when clicking on a link which has the " target='_blank' " attribute. In Opera 12 there is a Option to allow Programwindows instead of Tabs.
Is there anythin I am missing or is this feature not available? I tried Otter x64/x86 on Windows XP x64.
