Title: Weekly #50 Install is lacking Qt5WebChannel.dll

After installing Weekly #50, I get the following message when attempting to start the Otter Browser:

"The program can't start because Qt5WebChannel.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Confirmed on Win 7 x32
Otter win32 0.9.04-weekly 50-setup.exe version. the zip works OK

Indeed, I've updated Inno Setup script and updated installer will be available as v2 version.
