Data on weekly reports

I'm just wondering (I'm an engineer) why the data on your weekly reports do not add up.

Take for example the data on the two latest reports:
Weekly report #65 (30-03-2015)
six new issues (20 closed),
114 issues still open (including 3 bugs).
Weekly report #64 (23-03-2015)
119 issues still open (including 5 bugs).

week 64: 119 issues still open
week 65: six new issues,20 closed, does not equal 114 issues still open (119 + 6 - 20 = 105)

I have noticed this same inconsistency almost every report I've seen.
Are you talking about different kinds of issues in different fields?

Otherwise, I like your project, it shows real promise.

@hekkeus, these values are generated by github, how it's counted isn't obvious at first glance but it's correct. ;-)
AFAIR issues opened and closed during the same period aren't counted as new.
