Is the Ubuntu repository still active? Does it work for 15.10? As of now I am still on Otter-weekly 96.
@bluedragon77, yes, but usually there are delays in packaging (also thanks to state of so called Kubuntu 15.10 "stable" ;-)).
New set of packages was published some minutes ago, Willy is included (just for weeklies now) since it became stable release.
