Yeah, it seems to work now for Windows 7:

Dear Emdek, Linux programmer never like windows, always need debug again & again.
On win8, user maybe should try Compatibility Mode first.

@jasonliul, that error message suggests that it simply cannot find a DLL which for sure exists in the package, which is odd.
So compatibility mode shouldn't help at all, and these packages are built using Windows 7 (but work also on XP).

Copy xxx.dll to C:\Windows\SysWOW and C:\Windows\System32, must be both.
Start menu--> "Run" regsvr32 xxx.dll, , use"run as administrator", enter, it should work.

This problem only appears on win8 or higher, many game player complain about this, in fact not a compile issue, but it's boring.
