Bel, it'll rather be some neurological term, huh? I had a thought about such an option too. Unfortunately Ersi, being unfriendly with our Lounge experience, wouldn't allow funny choices.
String, in your case we can discern your nick from a string (or the string) simply because English allows it like 'no-brainer': only countable objects require determiners, so when we see the word "string" without any determiner - we conclude it's your nick. Simples!:P
We're an English forum, right? Then it won't look like a name if all the letters in it are of the lower case. (Besides, myself personally would like names to appear at least sensible - if not pronounceable. See, when I talk to people, I'd like them to be imaginable of sorts - i.e. their primary identifiers (here - nicknames (or names when I know them)) would better make me form a however simplistic image of the interlocutor. Many people here have already become self-identifiable for me, the others haven't - for these latter I'd prefer using at least a textual identifier which bears a sort of "brain pictogram", or a minimal personification - when it's a "name-like name".)
I'm the author. And when I started the topic, I perfectly knew where to start it and what it would be about. The latter being clearly expressed in the title.
Ersi, you should've allowed users to change their vote. For one, I now use one computer primarily, the phones - let them don't count. But I've bought a tablet with Android, which is not in use yet.
Doesn't make sense. The bipedes will anyway outrate any upgrades and improvements with their insatiable basic instincts to multiply indefinitely. The ULTIMATE "infrastructure" will be looking like the following: bipedes sitting on each other and eating each other (having sex simultaneously, of course).
In the header, it looks like there are spaces (room) between these guys: "Home Help About T&C Search Profile My Messages My Bookmarks Members Logout", but you know what? I can't place my cursor in between at least the last 5 ones (except that I'm on zoom, and there's actually no "in-between" between two of them). I can seemingly push the cursor slightly between the first five - but only moving it from beneath. It seems to me actually, that merely all of them have an 'invisible' shelf to their right. ?
