Problem with build 84

Hi,
New problem with otter-browser-win32-0.9.07-weekly84-setup.exe
I can install it but as soon as i try to run it, i get this message (my native language) :
Le point d'entrée de procédure GetLogicalProcessorInformation est introuvable dans la bibliothèque de liaisons dynamique KERNEL32.DLL.

@Nightbird, which service pack do you have installed for Windows XP?

Hi,
XP PRO / SP2

Presently i downgraded and i'm running
otter 0.9.07 weekly 79
(+ Seamonkey 2.33.1 the last version)

@Nightbird, any chance to update to SP3?
AFAIK this should solve this, the only alternative to bring back mingw builds, but these have own set of issues...

Similar here - Otter #80 runs ok, but #84 won't even start and doesn't come up with an error message either.

WinXP SP2

@scriveyn, I'm planning to release extra mingw package from time to time which should help with this issue.
