In practical terms, I think it's unlikely unless someone knowledgeable volunteers to create a mobile GUI.
@Epic, as long as that phone supports at least Qt 5.2 then it should be doable, although it might take a lot of initial effort to build Qt for your configuration (if there are no binaries available) plus of course some work on making UI more mobile friendly.
