Hello. Do you know about http://habrahabr.ru/. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Habrahabr) It is a blog about technologies.
So i think it would be a very good idea to open blog here to help more user to know about it.

Otter more like K-meleon, and Midori, those're real alternative browsers.

I suppose that Emdek means that you have now been appointed the head of Otter's Russian fan club. Feel free to announce Otter's progress in those websites. Find and gather reviews of Otter in Russian and do other fan stuff, just like Opera was promoted by fans 15-20 years ago.
