[wish] Desktop actions

Hi! Cześć!

I'm glad Otter supports Desktop/jump-list actions in KDE.
Alas, it was a very bad design decision by KDE to define them in the .desktop file - after every update actions defined by the user are gone, overwritten. For me this sucks especially for Dolphin, where the jump lists are very handy for opening some places.
So, in Otter I lose my selfdefined actions too. For that reason I want to suggest that Otter ships a few often used ones already in the desktop file - it won't bother people who don't use them, but will be of use for those who do.

Actions=private;portable;

[Desktop Action private]
Name=Private Session
Name[de]=Private Sitzung
Exec=otter-browser --private-session

[Desktop Action portable]
Name=Portable Session
Name[de]=Portable Sitzung
Exec=otter-browser --portable-session

etc.

@Kirilo, I believe that it would be simpler to copy it under different name (like otter-desktop-custom.desktop), customize it and the edit menu etc. to use that separate file. ;-)
But yeah, some DBus API to control it (per window) would be better approach (or at least it could complement current one).
