The genesis of this thread comes from a post that Jax made recently, which led me to this gem.

Please find and comment on Fox News clips. The short segment at the end which features Jon Stewart is a gem.
Alternatively, do the same for you least favorite liberal TV clips. Oakdaleftl?
I watched the clip… It was tedious, from start to finish. I likely won't read the book; the subject doesn't interest me very much.
A "good" book on the life of Jesus was written by Robert Graves some years ago: King Jesus (https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CB8QFjAA&url=https%3A%2F%2Fen.wikipedia.org%2Fwiki%2FKing_Jesus&ei=4lGgVZ3aEoXhoATz96ho&usg=AFQjCNEw7fIMbKLJFe_WCX8HZqBkjvewPQ&sig2=qF1yUzGgzsSk9tGy0aR-3Q&bvm=bv.97653015,d.cGU).
I don't much care about TV news, from any slant. Certainly not enough to browse YouTube for "gotcha" clips… And the schtick of John Stewart seems aimed at teenagers; I'm told it hits that target.
I'm told it hits that target.
By whom?
By the teenagers who've tried to interest me in his show — as a news venue, no less! (The most earnest and emphatic was a fourteen-year old… :) ) And, of course, the Nielsen ratings. (You've heard of them?)

Duh. No. Duh. This is why I hate posting here. Duh.

So, actual evidence, actual experience is no impediment to your per-conceived notions? :) (I'm not surprised…)
Sez the super genius. Your fly is open.
